Theatre 360 offers individualized private coaching for students who want focused, one-on-one instruction in acting, voice, dance, audition technique, and college preparation. Lessons are customized to each student’s goals, experience level, and timeline, whether they’re building skills, preparing for auditions, or applying to competitive performing arts programs.

Lessons are available in person or virtually, depending on your needs.

Audition Callback Prep (Theatre, TV, Film)

Targeted coaching to refine material, build confidence, and prepare students for high-pressure audition environments.

College Audition & Pre-Screen Preparation

Comprehensive support for selecting, shaping, and performing audition material that meets competitive college and conservatory standards.

Self-Tape & Recording Support

Guidance on performance, framing, lighting, and delivery to ensure professional-quality audition submissions.

Choose the Right Coaching Path

Standard Private Lessons

For ongoing training, audition refreshers, and skill development

These lessons are ideal if a student:

  • Already has material and wants coaching, refinement, or feedback

  • Is preparing for school shows, callbacks, or general auditions

  • Wants consistent, individualized training outside of group classes

Standard Lesson Rates
(In-person or virtual)

  • 30 minutes — $60

  • 45 minutes — $85

  • 60 minutes — $110

Additional Notes

  • Time spent finding material during the lesson counts toward lesson time

  • Custom choreography created specifically for a student: $150/hour

College Prep & Pre-Screen Coaching

Advanced preparation for competitive college and conservatory auditions
Led by Devon Yates

This track is designed for students applying to middle school, high school, college, conservatory, or pre-professional programs, where expectations are significantly higher and preparation is more intensive.

Theatre 360 students have earned acceptance to programs including Juilliard, Carnegie Mellon, University of Michigan, Yale, Pace, Syracuse, and more.

Choose this option if a student:

  • Needs help selecting, building, or shaping audition material

  • Is preparing college pre-screens or filmed submissions

  • Requires custom choreography or monologue/song coaching

  • Needs support with recording, lighting, framing, and presentation

College Prep Rates

If you already have all materials and need coaching only:

  • 30 minutes — $60

  • 45 minutes — $85

  • 60 minutes — $110

For in-depth college prep support:

  • Custom choreographed pre-screen (built to showcase strengths): $150/hour

  • Audition preparation (finding songs or monologues): $100/hour

  • Studio use with background, lighting & camera operator: $75/hour

  • Studio use with background & lighting (no camera operator): $50/hour

These rates reflect the additional time, preparation, and expertise required for college-level work.

Lesson Policies (All Private Coaching)

  • All lessons must be paid in advance

  • Cancellations or reschedules require 24-hour notice

  • Lessons cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable

  • Lessons occur during the scheduled time; time lost due to tardiness cannot be made up

  • Lessons are scheduled by email

Private Lesson FAQs

  • Email our office with your availability and preferred lesson length. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a payment link.

  • Yes. Virtual lessons are available via Zoom, with guidance provided to ensure a strong setup.

  • Lessons include vocal warm-ups for technique, breath support, placement, and range, followed by song work focused on storytelling and performance.

  • Yes. Students should bring songs, monologues, or sheet music when possible. We can assist with material selection if needed.

  • Families are responsible for the cost of any sheet music or tracks we purchase on a student’s behalf. Typical costs range from $5–$10 per song.

  • Parents are welcome to stay in the lobby. We encourage independent work when possible to help students build confidence and focus, but accommodations can be made if a student prefers otherwise.
