2026 NYC Teens Program


This isn't a camp; it's an exclusive two-week immersion where serious performers train one-on-one with Tony winners through Devon's personal industry connections, gaining the professional experience and insider relationships that define successful careers.

Elevate your artistry with unparalleled access to Broadway's elite: master classes with Tony winners, dance at the world-famous Broadway Dance Center, backstage tours, and experience unparalleled access to achieve your dreams. T360's NYC Trip is specially designed to help each student realize their potential, level up their craft, and build the mentorships that open doors.

Activities

  • Live and train in NYC for 14 days

  • Attend 10 private Master Classes with Broadway professionals

  • Take 10 dance classes at Broadway Dance Center

  • Attend 4 Broadway productions with talk-backs, backstage access, and on-stage photo opportunities

  • Receive casting feedback from a Broadway Casting Director

  • Learn directly from Tony Award winners, nominees, and NYC teaching artists

Price does NOT Include

Airfare, food/meals on trip, transportation to/from NYC, subway costs.

How to Apply

Students must attend the 6-hour prep-time in Los Angeles with Artistic Director, Devon Yates.


ALL STUDENTS MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION & A PERSONAL ESSAY.

If you are not a current student of Theatre 360, or this is your first time attending, you will also need to submit an audition and resume, along with the application & personal essay.

  • Audition: Prepare a one minute monologue of your choice and a one minute musical theatre song. If your files are large, you may upload to YouTube or Dropbox and include a link in your application email.

  • Resume: List your education, training, and past experiences in acting/musical theatre.

  • Personal Essay: indicate your interest, performing arts goals, what theatre means to you, and what you hope to learn [one page].

  • Application Form: Download and complete the following form.
